WHAT IS PROPANE?
Propane, or Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) is a by product of the oil refining process. Much like Natural Gas, Propane can be used for cooking, clothes drying, making hot water, or heating.
WILL I HAVE TO CALL FOR MY PROPANE DELIVERIES?
No. All of our propane customers are on Automatic Delivery. When we go into a certain area, we fill everyone in that area that is due for a delivery.
IS THE BUDGET PLAN AVAILABLE FOR PROPANE?
Yes. It is set up the same way as the fuel oil budget. We take your yearly propane bill, and divide it into 12 payments. You pay the same amount every month, and we deliver your propane as needed.
HOW DO I SWITCH TO CHRISTOFF MITCHELL PROPANE?
Call us at 814-342-5030 to discuss your options. If you already have another company supply your propane, you will need to cancel your automatic delivery with them, then we will set up a time to connect our tanks at your house.
DO I HAVE TO BUY A TANK, OR PAY A RENTAL FEE?
No. We own and maintain the tank and regulator. You will only be charged for anything from the regulator to the appliance. There is no rental fee on our tanks. You are required to use a minimum of 1 tank a year. If you do not use that much, you will be charged a yearly minimum usage fee.
